Step 1. Submit
Choose your service, pay the first installment for your Medical Review Fee, then securely upload your documents using the secure link we send you.
Standard review — reviewed and returned within 5-business days, or sooner if approved - HST Included.
Priority review (5- business hours) - if approved forms are usually returned within 24-hours - HST Included.
1.2 Use the secure portal link that will be provided in your email to complete your intake form and safely upload your supporting documents. Once your intake form is completed, your submitted information will be reviewed. If the applicable Medical Review Fee is higher than the initial payment received, the remaining balance will be charged to the card provided.
Step 2. Physician Review
The physician will review your request based on the service level selected. If additional information is required, they may call you directly. If the physician determines that a consultation is necessary, they may arrange a convenient virtual or in-person appointment to obtain any additional information needed before completing your documentation.
Step 3. Receive Your Documents
Completed forms are securely returned to you via your portal.
