These physicians hold their individual licenses from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Prince Edward Island (CPSPEI) and are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, patient care, diagnoses, treatments, and medical advice.

Important to Know: We Keep Things Separate for Good Reasons:
Primary Care Scope and Limitations: Our primary care services are provided by our team of family physicians as independent contractors and cover the full range of standard primary healthcare needs. Please note the following important limitations:
• These services do not include critical or emergency care. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
• These services do not include clinical psychiatric care, mental health prescribing, or other specialized medical services (such as cardiology, neurology, dermatology, etc.).
We are happy to assist with routine primary care concerns, preventive health, acute non-emergency illnesses, minor injuries, prescriptions for primary care conditions, and general health guidance tailored to our patients’ needs. If you require services outside this scope, we will gladly help direct you to the appropriate local or specialist resources.
• Our skill-building sessions are purely educational—not therapy.
• Our dispute resolution work stands apart from both skill-building and any therapeutic services. It differs in purpose, scope, and duration from counseling or therapy.
• If therapy or other professional supports are appropriate, we refer out to qualified specialists. These remain entirely separate services.

This structure helps ensure clarity, appropriate boundaries, and the most effective support for each client’s specific needs. These elements and all of our work together in dispute resolution are strictly educational and non-therapeutic in nature. They are limited in scope, duration, and depth, and are provided solely to support constructive conflict resolution within the context of mediation and dispute resolution services. Important clarification:
EndWell Management Inc. does not provide psychological therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or any form of professional psychological services. We are not psychologists, therapists, or mental health practitioners, and nothing we offer constitutes therapy or substitutes for it. Our role is limited to facilitating conflict resolution, mediation, and practical, educational support. If at any point you feel you need therapeutic support, deeper emotional processing, or clinical mental health services, we will gladly provide a referral to an appropriate licensed professional (such as a registered psychologist or therapist).
