Welcome to our practice.

Our services include primary care (tailored exclusively for the tourism industry), practical skill-building education and coaching, and a full spectrum of dispute resolution options.

This private practice was established for two main reasons:

First, we are dedicated to supporting Prince Edward Island’s thriving tourism sector by offering the Island’s first premium concierge medical service, designed specifically for the millions of visitors who arrive each year. In 2024, Prince Edward Island welcomed a record-breaking 1.7 million non-resident visitors—surpassing previous highs—with continued strong growth in recent seasons.

While enjoying our stunning beaches, scenic trails, and renowned hospitality, visitors may occasionally require prompt and compassionate medical care. We are here to ensure their Island experience remains enjoyable, positive, and stress-free.

Second, we have identified a broader need in adult services that extends well beyond our Island. This is a true passion project for our entire team—many of whom are neurodivergent themselves, while others are raising neurodivergent children or actively supporting transgender youth. We aim to provide short-form education, life coaching, and dispute resolution in ways that are more inclusive, compassionate, and responsive to the needs of neurodivergent individuals.

In this area of our work, we warmly welcome clients—including individuals, families, and workplaces—from across Canada and beyond.

As we deliver these services, we hope to contribute by developing novel, practice-informed methodologies and sharing them with the wider community.

What truly sets us apart is our nearly two decades of hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent people through trauma, high-conflict situations, and emotionally charged disputes. When you, the other party, or both are neurodivergent, our approach fosters more effective communication, lower stress levels, and genuinely positive outcomes.
