Welcome To Our Dispute Resolution Service. We Build Skills to save it — Or End it well.
Local, Neurodivergent-Friendly, Specialized Dispute Resolution. We provide dispute resolution for:
- parents,
- couples,
- business partners,
- workplace (HR) matters.

Why Choose Our ADR Model for Dispute Resolution Over Costly Litigation or Prolonged Therapy?
Litigation drags disputes through expensive, adversarial court battles—racking up lawyer fees, court costs, and months (or years) of stress, often leaving relationships damaged and no one truly satisfied. Prolonged therapy, while helpful for deep personal issues, can mean endless sessions focused on past hurts without a clear path to resolution or forward movement.
Our ADR Model (Alternative Dispute Resolution) offers a smarter, faster, more empowering way forward. It’s a structured, neutral-guided process that helps individuals, couples, families, or teams resolve conflicts constructively—without courtrooms or years of digging into the past. Using proven ADR techniques like mediation, facilitated negotiation, and collaborative problem-solving, we guide you to:
• Clarify the real issues at the heart of the conflict
• Hear each side without blame or defensiveness
• Explore creative, practical options that work for everyone
• Reach mutually agreed solutions you both commit to
The result? Disputes resolved in weeks or months—not years. Dramatically lower costs. Preserved (or even improved) relationships. Privacy and control stay in your hands. No imposed judgments—just practical, lasting agreements that let everyone move on with dignity.
Our ADR work isn’t about “winning” or endlessly processing pain.
It’s about restoring peace, clarity, and forward momentum—efficiently, affordably, and on your terms. Ready to resolve it better? Let’s find the path forward together.
At Endwell Resolution, we help you navigate problems with clarity, fairness, and respect — without the emotional drain of a prolonged process or the high costs and uncertainty of litigation.
We help to save it whenever possible, and we help it end well when necessary.

What sets us apart?
We bring a rare combination of intellect, empathy, and results. We focus strictly on practical educational sessions, conflict management & dispute resolution — not drawn out therapy or legal representation. Our approach draws on proven alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques to achieve effective, lasting outcomes. Few professionals combine high-level corporate achievement with profound real-world experience in trauma, crisis, and human behaviour the way we do.
• We work to resolve conflicts constructively whenever possible, helping parties rebuild understanding and agreement. Experienced guidance — led by a professional with deep expertise in this field. We continue this meaningful work in conflict resolution because there’s a clear and persistent need: few ADR specialists are equipped to effectively support neurodivergent individuals and families through disputes. (See our FAQ for more information regarding "neurodivergent individuals").
If you or the other party (or both) are neurodivergent, our practice offers a specialized approach that can make a real difference in achieving fair, respectful, and sustainable resolutions.
• When continuation isn’t viable, we guide a respectful, dignified conclusion that minimizes damage and preserves dignity for everyone involved.
• Affordable and time-efficient — far less expensive than other private services, or drawn-out legal processes. Note we limit our client intake -for us, quality comes before quantity.
• Confidential and collaborative — you stay in control of the decisions.
If neurodivergence plays a role in your conflict, our practice is designed to meet you where you are, with patience, flexibility, and genuine respect for neurological variation. Let’s work together toward resolutions that honor everyone’s needs and strengths.

Our Resolution-Focused Process:
Step 1: Exploratory / Resolution-Focused Sessions (to assess if the relationship or partnership can be repaired and identify issues and best means to resolution)
Step 2: Many conflicts—such as those between parents and teens, partners, or in the workplace—can often be addressed and potentially resolved through informal, exploratory discussions without proceeding to a full formal mediation process.
If this approach fits your situation, our sessions may incorporate practical life-skills coaching and educational guidance focused on improving communication, understanding dynamics, and building resolution strategies. These sessions will be limited in scope, duration, and depth.*
Step 3: Formal Dispute Resolution / Ending It Well (structured mediation to resolve conflict and repair the relationship -or- to finalize separation or dissolution)
Our educational insights and guidance draw from extensive real-world experience and formal education, including:
• Providing conflict resolution services:
-to parents in relation to their teens.
-to couples in relation to their interpersonal relationship.
-to blended families.
-related to custody and co-parenting.
-to business partners or workplace related matters.
- Nearly two decades of service as one of Ontario’s select treatment-level foster families through York Region Children’s Aid Society.
• Providing intensive, treatment-level care for 27 children and adolescents—many with severe trauma, high needs, and complex challenges—including daily management of mental health crises, attachment issues, self-harm, substance use, and the impacts of abuse, neglect, and trafficking.
• Close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, educators, specialized police units, child and family lawyers and York University (4 year long York University research initiative focused on rehabilitating trafficked and exploited children).
• Contributing to the development of best-practice standards that continue to shape child-welfare policy across the province.
*Important to Know: We Keep Things Separate for Good Reasons
• Our skill-building sessions are purely educational—not therapy.
• Our dispute resolution work stands apart from both skill-building and any therapeutic services. It differs in purpose, scope, and duration from counseling or therapy.
• If therapy or other professional supports are appropriate, we refer out to qualified specialists. These remain entirely separate services.
This structure helps ensure clarity, appropriate boundaries, and the most effective support for each client’s specific needs. These elements and all of our work together in dispute resolution are strictly educational and non-therapeutic in nature. They are limited in scope, duration, and depth, and are provided solely to support constructive conflict resolution within the context of mediation and dispute resolution services. Important clarification: EndWell Resolution does not provide psychological therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or any form of professional psychological services. We are not psychologists, therapists, or mental health practitioners, and nothing we offer constitutes therapy or substitutes for it. Our role is limited to facilitating conflict resolution, mediation, and practical, educational support. If at any point you feel you need therapeutic support, deeper emotional processing, or clinical mental health services, we will gladly provide a referral to an appropriate licensed professional (such as a registered psychologist or therapist).
Our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Fees:
Because this is a Passion-Project we will be limiting the amount of clients served and fees are both straightforward and extremely affordable. We keep pricing clear and predictable so you can focus on resolution, not surprises.
You remain in control of the process and cost. The number of sessions required and the final fee will be established in Step 1 and shared with all parties for approval. Upon mutual agreement, we will advance to Step 2

Important Notes for Couples
Dispute Resolution (often via the process of Mediation) empowers both parties to make informed, fair decisions that work best for your unique situation. Our role as a neutral mediator is to facilitate open, respectful dialogue and help you reach agreements that are practical and sustainable and in your best interest.
• Safety and fairness first: If we identify any concerns related to power imbalances, spousal abuse, family violence, attempts to hide assets, or other issues that could prevent a truly equitable process, we will not proceed with joint mediation. In such cases, we will recommend that each party first consult their own lawyer for independent legal advice and representation. We can provide introductions to cost-efficient, trusted legal counsel in PEI to help keep things affordable. In these situations mediation will continue after each party has consulted their own lawyer.
• Children’s best interests: When children are involved, their well-being and long-term needs remain our top priority throughout the process. Any agreements must prioritize their emotional, physical, and financial security.
• Finalizing your agreement: A mediated agreement can serve as the foundation for your separation or divorce. While it’s possible to file paperwork with the court on your own, we always recommend having the final agreement reviewed by independent legal counsel before signing or submitting it to court. This step helps ensure the agreement is clear and fully protects your rights. Again, we are happy to make introductions to affordable lawyers if needed.
These safeguards protect everyone involved and align with best practices in mediation across Canada, including PEI. Our goal is to help you achieve a dignified, low-conflict resolution — whether that means repairing the relationship or ending it in the healthiest way possible.
