Tired of feeling rushed through your doctor’s appointment?
You wait weeks or months. You leave with unanswered questions and still unsure what’s really going on with your health. According to the Canadian Medical Association, most family doctors spend approximately 13–17 minutes with each patient.
Still have questions about a diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical condition? You're not alone. Nearly 6 million Canadians do not have access to a regular family doctor or primary care provider, and even those who do often find that medical appointments must focus on immediate concerns and limited appointment times. As a result, many people leave healthcare encounters with unanswered questions, uncertainty about their diagnosis, or confusion about their treatment options.

Clarity Visits™ gives you something Canadians are craving more than ever: real, unhurried time with a licensed doctor.
Medical Clarity provides dedicated educational discussions focused on helping you better understand medical conditions, diagnoses, test results, treatment plans, and healthcare recommendations. We believe patients make better decisions when they have the time, information, and understanding they need to feel confident about their healthcare journey.
Avoid waiting for answers.
You are booking time with a physician — not a rushed appointment slot.
Limited daily availability to ensure extended time per client.
A private 45-minute conversation with a physician focused entirely on your questions and concerns. Available to Canadians.
Clarity Visits™ is not simply another telemedicine appointment. It represents a new category of service focused on helping Canadians gain clarity, confidence, and understanding about their health.

Clarity Visits™ sessions provide a calm, private setting for general health-related conversation, educational information, and discussion intended to help individuals better understand available healthcare options and informed next steps.
Clarity Visits™ Programs
The Clarity Visits™ Program is designed for Canadian residents — who wish to speak with an independent licensed physician for general health education, informational discussion, and wellness-related guidance while traveling or staying in PEI.
These are privately paid consultation sessions and may be available to eligible individuals. Clarity Visits are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to replace access to publicly funded healthcare services or emergency medical care. They do not include diagnosis, medical assessments, prescriptions, or the start of any treatment. In Canada, these types of medical services are part of the publicly funded healthcare system and for Canadians this must be provided through that system. Any clinical assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment decisions, or insured medical services remain subject to the independent physician’s professional judgment, applicable provincial regulations, and the publicly funded healthcare system where required.

Clarity Visits may provide individuals with an opportunity to speak with an independent licensed physician — either virtually or in person, where available — to ask general questions, discuss health-related topics, and receive educational information that may help support informed healthcare decisions. PEIDoctor provides administrative healthcare coordination services only and does not provide medical care or influence clinical decision-making.
Healthcare systems and access models vary internationally. Separate healthcare coordination programs may be available for eligible international visitors seeking access to private-pay medical consultation options with independent licensed healthcare professionals, where permitted under applicable Canadian regulations. Service eligibility is determined by independent doctors based on clinical scope, care model structure, and regulatory jurisdiction rather than residency alone.
In short:
-
Clarity Visits = education, guidance, and conversation with a physician
-
Public healthcare system = diagnosis, prescriptions, and treatment
-
International Visitor Program = medical services for eligible non-Canadian visitors, delivered in compliance with Canadian standards
This approach ensures that all services are delivered responsibly, transparently, and in full alignment with Canadian healthcare laws.
