Getting the care you need is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:
1. Call us — Reach out to our team at (902) 316-1550 and schedule a consultation.
2. We’ll coordinate the option that works best for you: a convenient online video consultation, an in-person visit at a nearby location (e.g., Charlottetown), or a house call where the doctor comes directly to your accommodation—perfect for relaxing in the comfort and privacy of your cottage, B&B, or vacation rental. Appointments are coordinated administratively by EndWell Management Inc. Medical services are provided independently by the attending physician.
3. Confirmation and secure payment — Once details are set, we’ll confirm everything with you and process payment securely to finalize your booking. Again, these consultations are outside the public plan, no claims will be submitted to Health PEI. This is a 100% private-pay service. Patients pay the full fee directly. Patients cannot obtain reimbursement from Health PEI or another provincial-government plan. Please view our Payment & Insurance Policy - the link is right here.
4. Online consultations — Join from the comfort and privacy of your accommodation—no travel required. You’ll receive a secure link and any preparation instructions in advance.
5. In-person consultations — These take place at accessible locations near Charlottetown, chosen for your convenience.
6. Transportation assistance (if needed) — If you’d like help arranging transportation, we can assist in connecting you with a suitable driver or service. Note: Prince Edward Island has specific regulations for commercial passenger transport (including taxis, ride-sharing, and similar services). Please ensure any driver or service you use holds the appropriate Class 4 license (or equivalent) and carries proper commercial insurance for passenger-carrying vehicles. We recommend verifying this directly with your chosen provider for peace of mind.

Your privacy is important to us! The doctor is the only person you should speak to regarding your medical concerns. Your personal medical information is accessible only to the licensed physician(s) directly involved in your care. These physicians are the sole custodians of your clinical health information. Our administrative, support, and operational systems are designed with strict privacy safeguards and clear access firewalls to ensure that non-clinical staff cannot access your medical records. Any technology or software used in connection with your care is selected with a commitment to Health PEI and Health Canada privacy and compliance standards.
