What happens after your first session?
After your initial session, there are a few possible next steps — depending on your situation:
Option 1 — Continue with the ADHD Support Pathway
This is a structured 3-session process to deepen understanding and plan next steps that includes ADHD life management coaching.
Option 2 — Referral may be considered. If appropriate, we may support referral to an experienced physician for independent assessment. This is a structured 3-session process that includes referral preparation and ADHD life management coaching.
Option 3 — No further sessions needed. Some clients simply benefit from the initial clarity and do not require ongoing support.
There is no expectation to continue — we focus on what is appropriate for you.
An educational coach will be available to you, as needed an Anchor coach may also be assigned to you.
No pressure to continue
